So I ordered a veggie deli sandwich meal from McDonalds and they gave me a chicken one in error which I half ate (after 13 years of non-meat eating by body was not impressed) and what do I get......an apology letter from their vegetarian Customer Service Manager at Head Office, £20 McDonalds vouchers (as if I will ever eat there again) and £25 Argos vouchers to "buy yourself a gift". I could pursue it further but I'm not sure I can really be bothered but then again they gave meat to a vegetarian and shockingly someone else wrote a post a few days after mine saying the exact same thing had happened to her.
McDonalds....you need to sort major problem out! It probably doesn't help that your chicken and veggie deli sandwiches are packaged in exactly the same way and have the same sauces etc.

so did they admit to the sauces not being vege?
thats really bad, they shouldnt be making mistakes in the first place. why would you want a voucher for more of their food?!?
